Admins, managers, technicians, and viewers — the people who work inside the app every day. Requester accounts (people who only submit work requests) are free and unlimited, and anyone can report an issue by scanning a machine QR code with no account at all.

Yes, at any time. Add or remove seats from the billing portal and the monthly charge adjusts automatically. No contracts, no calls.
Does it work on phones?+
Yes — it installs to the home screen on iPhone and Android like a native app and delivers push notifications for assignments and urgent breakdowns.
What happens if we cancel?+
You can cancel from the billing portal at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. You can request a full export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.
